Before heading to your room, stop by the Birch Room near the entrance—our Garnes Family Registration Room. Here you’ll…

• Sign in with the family – Your cousins will be there, smiling and ready to welcome you with open arms. We’ve been waiting to see you!
  
• Pick up your welcome gift bag
  
• Receive your free t-shirt in the size you ordered

Take your things upstairs and get settled—The 8th and 9th floors are reserved for Garnes family & friends only, so relax, walk the halls, and feel at home—you're related to everyone you see!

Step 4: Meet & Greet – Room# 918
When you’re ready, walk over to Room# 918 (Master Suite) for the official Garnes Family Meet & Greet. We’ll have:

• Build-your-own deli sandwiches
  
• Fresh fruit
  
• Sweet treats
  
• and Cocktails to help you unwind
  

Step 5: Mix, Mingle & Have Fun
While we eat and catch up, enjoy some family trivia games and fun activities to help everyone reconnect. It’s a chill evening full of good times, love, and new memories.
